My friends call me E-Dough.

I was born in a fishing village in Israel, 5,667 miles from where I grew up. Which is why I learned to speak Hebrew, write in English, and take orders in Spanish, all at the same time. One at home, the other at school, and el ultimo while cutting carrots in the prep room of my family’s Moroccan restaurant.

I think about dinner while I’m eating lunch.
